The percentage speaking another language at home applies to residents at least five years old, not to all residents.

The American Community Survey reports language use for people age five and older. Children below that age are excluded, so this percentage must not be described as applying to all residents. Subpopulation definitions should be stated whenever a survey percentage is reported.
