Through which prophet did the line of prophethood come to an end?

The chain of prophethood was concluded through the last Prophet and Messenger, Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) is called Khatam an-Nabiyyin, meaning the final Prophet. Evidence from the Holy Qur'an: in Surah Al-Ahzab, verse 40, he has been declared the last Prophet. In essence, the line of prophethood that began with Hazrat Adam (AS) reached its completion through Hazrat Muhammad (SAW).
