What can one unusually wet Georgia year establish by itself?

Comparing a single wet year with a thirty-year normal does not by itself establish a climate trend.
A trend requires evidence across a suitable sequence of observations. One year can be compared with a normal, but a large difference by itself does not show that the difference will persist.
