How can one Georgia county contain both urban and rural areas?
Note
A Georgia county can contain both urban and rural settlement areas.
Urban and rural describe settlement patterns rather than entire counties by default. A county can contain a dense town and more sparsely settled land, so its government boundary does not tell us everything about land use.
