How could Georgia crop output rise while its production value falls?
Note
Agricultural production value depends on both quantities and prices, so it can fall even when physical output rises.
Revenue depends on quantity multiplied by price. If price falls sufficiently, selling more physical output can still bring in less value; production growth should not automatically be interpreted as income growth for farmers.
